Well… howdy doody ladies!! This is your new 1st team captain calling!!
Hoping that this year brings us winning ways, ‘competitive’ matches (obviously within the laws of our wonderful game!!), and a lotta, lotta laughs!! :o)
As you can see below most of the league fixtures are now available with only a few match times unknown. PLEASE can you let me know as soon as possible which matches you are NOT available for – this’ll make my life much easier (and I’m all for that!!)
We’ll also have some cup games that’ll need to be ‘slotted in’ and, due to a reduced number of teams in South Division, I’ve also asked Beccy to sort us some friendlies – couldn’t possibly let you off a weekend to shop!!
I also wanted to highlight that training is important for everyone. I know that it’s sometimes difficult to make it due to other commitments (and I don’t mean ‘cos its raining’ or ‘that the TV was good that night!!’) If you can’t make the 8.15pm sessions then please try and make the 7pm ones (I’d rather you were able to do this then not come along at all!!)
So… with all that said and done… Bring on the 2011 / 2012 season!!! :o)
